1-The “Slide Show” is a custom virtual tour/slide show using the photographs. A link to the slide show is emailed directly to agent within 2 business days of the shoot and can be put onto a Web site or MLS.

2-The “Custom” includes a digital cd complete with a unique cd photo cover. The images on the cd are high-resolution files for quality brochure printing. Cd is delivered to agent’s office within 5 business days and small digital files suitable for mls/web are emailed directly to agent within 1 business day of the shoot.

 3- The “Basic” is small digital files suitable for mls and flyers that are emailed directly to agent within 1 business day.

Hourly Rate Charge: $200
2 Hour Minimum

Digital Editing Rates

1-25 digital images to CD $75
26-50 digital images to CD $100
51-75 digital images to CD $150
76-100 digital images to CD $200

Each photo session includes:

  • 1-Custom Cd & Photo Cover
  • JPG Files @ 300 DPI
  • Copyrights on all images

Travel Expense (If Out Of Area):

Mileage is $2.00 per mile

Creation on Location: The studio comes to you! We set up and shoot in the comfort of your own home or private location. Not only are you much more comfortable in your own surroundings, but we have your wardrobe at our fingertips for clothing and style changes.
